Have just cooked your pate – so easy – had a taste after I blended it and can’t wait for it to cool down so that I can spread it on some good bread. Will definitely visit your blog again. Thanks

Hi Charlie,
I am an Researcher at ITV Productions and we are currently searching for potential contestants for Britain’s Best Dish. In case you haven’t seen the show before Britain’s Best Dish is an annual competition hosted by ITV for amateur cooks. In it we look for Britain’s best starter, main course and dessert. The winner of the competition receives the accolade of Britain’s Best Dish and takes home a £10,000 cash prize. We’re starting another series in the coming weeks and will be holding our regional auditions in May. As you are clearly a keen foodie you are just the sort of person we are looking for so if you are at all interested in taking part or know anyone who may be interested and haven’t already featured in the Best Dish studio finals, please email ASAP with your name, contact number, and where you’re from to bestdish@itv.com and we’ll be in touch soon.
Thanks,
Victoria

Hi there,
I’m an enthusiastic and down to earth home cook blogging about simple, delicious home food and food related news and events in my area.
It’s part of my journalism course so I’m just getting started and I’ve been looking at other similar blogs for inspiration. Yours is great, especially the variation of photos, text and your focus on ethical food.
I’d love to have your comments on my blog and I’ll keep up to date with your blog too!
It’s cardiffcooks.wordpress.com
All the best,

Hi Beth, sorry it’s taken me so long to reply. I’ve heard of Dig before and shall have a look at your website. I’m not particularly good at box schemes mainly because I love to go and look and choose fresh food so much and see what’s in season – I often get inspired for meals this way. It’s great to know that you source from so many local food producers and outlets. Have you tried the fantastic macaroons from the English Rose Bakery?

I found your blog while looking for chopped salad and, after reading a bit about you, hoped you would consider the following on another project I’ve been working on; a website that helps celebrate the good things in life (I make no money from this site).
http://www.agreatplace.ca collects inspirational stories from everyday people. If your submission is chosen as a feature, you can reference your blog or web page and include an author’s photo.
What type of story could you submit? Any moment, small or large, that you feel inspired you or perhaps couldn’t forget…something that made you thankful or changed your perspective.
Any thoughts or questions, please feel free to ask. And thanks for the chopped salad idea!
